PrintAPose is run by [YOUR NAME], a sole trader in Ireland. You can reach me at hello@printapose.com. I'm the data controller for the list.
Your email address, when you join the early list. That's the whole list. No accounts, no passwords, no phone numbers, no analytics, no tracking cookies.
To send you one email when the Windows build is ready, and occasionally after that about the app. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like — one click in any email, or just tell me.
MailerLite sends the emails for me and stores the list on my behalf. It processes the data for that purpose only and doesn't use it for anything of its own. Nobody else gets it.
Until you unsubscribe, or until the list has served its purpose. Ask me to delete it and I'll do it the same day — no questions.
You can ask for a copy of what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or tell me to stop emailing. Email hello@printapose.com and I'll sort it.
If you think I've handled it badly, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
I won't sell your address, share it for anyone else's marketing, or add you to the list if you didn't ask to be on it.
